Celebrate 400 years of drinking in the Old Dominion with Virginia's Secretary of Taste, Patrick Evans-Hylton. In partnership with Norfolk Tour Company, you'll sample craft-made cocktails from every century in the state's existence, from the 1600s to present, and learn what goes into making drinks of historical proportions.
